Lesome-DSR Capsules contain Esomeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg, a combination formulated to help manage acid-related gastrointestinal symptoms. Esomeprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces excessive gastric acid production, helping relieve symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. Domperidone supports gastrointestinal motility and helps control symptoms such as nausea and vomiting associated with certain digestive conditions. Lesome-DSR may be prescribed for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid-related discomfort, and related gastrointestinal symptoms when this combination is clinically appropriate. It should be taken strictly as directed by a doctor, with the dose and duration determined according to the patient’s condition. Long-term or unsupervised use should be avoided.
