Preglek-NM Tablets contain Pregabalin 75 mg, Nortriptyline 10 mg, and Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, a combination formulated for the management of neuropathic pain. Pregabalin helps reduce abnormal nerve signaling associated with nerve pain, while Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant, helps modulate pain signals within the nervous system. Methylcobalamin, an active form of Vitamin B12, provides nutritional support for normal nerve function. Preglek-NM may be prescribed for conditions involving nerve-related pain, such as diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, or other neuropathic pain conditions, based on individual clinical assessment.
