Description
Trialex-T Injection contains Ceftriaxone 1000 mg and Tazobactam 125 mg, a combination antibiotic formulation used for the treatment of various bacterial infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic that works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Tazobactam acts as a beta-lactamase inhibitor, helping protect Ceftriaxone from certain bacterial enzymes that can cause antibiotic resistance. Trialex-T may be prescribed for selected infections affecting the respiratory tract, urinary tract, abdomen, skin and soft tissues, and other areas, depending on the causative organism and clinical assessment. It is intended for administration by a qualified healthcare professional under medical supervision. The dosage and duration depend on the type and severity of infection and the patient’s clinical condition. It is not effective against viral infections.
