Preglek-M SR Tablets contain Pregabalin 75 mg and Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, a combination formulated for the management of neuropathic pain and nerve-related discomfort. Pregabalin helps reduce abnormal nerve signals responsible for pain, burning, tingling, and numbness, while Methylcobalamin, an active form of Vitamin B12, supports normal nerve function and maintenance of nerve health. Preglek-M SR may be prescribed for conditions such as diabetic peripheral neuropathy, peripheral nerve damage, and other neuropathic pain disorders, depending on the patient’s clinical condition. Its sustained-release (SR) formulation is designed to provide prolonged medicine release. It should be taken strictly as directed by a doctor.
